Were you trying to access the audios via your iPhone or iPad?

There is a known problem with iOS 10.0.2 iPhone and iPad devices using the audio and video media player. It's actually a problem that we're waiting for Apple to correct in its Safari web browser. So at the next opportunity, please install the forthcoming update for iOS from Apple.

One workaround that we're testing is this:
1. Logout of website.

2. Log back in at https://growinghumankindness.com/login/ and check the 'Remember me' box

3. Try to play audios or videos again.

4. If still a problem, try installing the Firefox browser for iOS.

5. If still a problem, try to access the audios or videos on your desktop or laptop device.
