These emotions include things like doubt, resistance, and the fear of "nothing's changing."

Karly's Emerge course invites a personal, spiritual quiet reflection in a meditative sense as one component of this course. She brings a perspective that acknowledges holistic intention, that it's not just the physical body being considered.
